  • 3 One Month's Rent Is Required As A Deposit. Some Situations May Require A Larger Deposit
  • 4 Income Is Verified With Pay Stubs, Bank Statements & Income Taxes
  • 5 A $500.00 Pet Deposit For Each Approved Animal Is Required
  • 6 Proof Of Onetime Rent For The Last 2 Years As Noted On Prospective Tenants Cancelled Checks
  • 7 No Water Beds Are Allowed
  • 8 Leases Commencing After The 15th Of The Month Require The Next MONTH’S RENT PAYMENT
